Job summary

My Senior Health Plan is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns and enrollment growth in a regulated healthcare environment. The role owns HubSpot Marketing Hub, drives lead nurturing, reporting, and automation, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data to optimise paid media, email, SEO, content, and marketing tech tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing.
• 5+ years digital marketing experience.
• 3+ years managing marketing automation and lead generation programs.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or comparable platform.
• Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills using marketing data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support growth and enrollment goals.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub workflows, emails, landing pages, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
• Drive lead generation via conversion optimization, marketing automation, and nurturing campaigns.
• Oversee website content, SEO, UX and ongoing optimization.
• Lead content marketing initiatives (blogs, social, emails, videos, webinars).
• Track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, ROI).
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Leadership to improve lead quality.
