What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle daily member telephone calls, directing members to appropriate services and educating them on available resources
- Problem-solve and create linkages to the Medical Management Department for service authorization
- Assist providers with eligibility inquiries, benefit explanations, and resolution of claims issues
- Support our Medicare population by addressing their specific needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and follow up as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service-related role with direct contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year experience in a physician healthcare office environment or high-volume call center
- One (1) year experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
