SCOPE:
As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for policyholders following an accident or loss. In this critical role, you’ll provide compassionate, timely, and accurate assistance to customers as they report new claims and seek updates on existing ones. You’ll gather essential details, assess the initial claim situation, and ensure each customer feels supported and informed throughout the process. This position offers a remote work arrangement within the Southeast region.
