Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a Broker Channel Manager to lead the broker network across assigned states, recruiting, mentoring, educating, and managing brokers to drive Medicare enrollment targets while aligning with Molina’s mission and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with broker services, sales teams, and community partners to develop territory marketing plans, track performance, and ensure ethical, compliant practices. Extensive travel (90–100%) is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Medicare/Medicaid or Marketplace health/insurance sales.
• Active and unrestricted Life & Health license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to travel 90-100% in local service area.
• Experience self-generating leads through local marketing.
• Established relationships with Centers of Influence for Molina products.

Responsibilities

• Drive Medicare membership and enrollment growth through broker channel management.
• Recruit GA/brokers skilled at selling to Molina’s target populations.
• Implement marketing plans to maximize self-generated leads.
• Ensure brokers comply with CMS, state guidelines and policies.
• Monitor broker networks for enrollment, profitability, and retention goals.
• Develop GA/broker trainings and coordinate ride-along sessions.
