Job summary

Longevity Health Plan is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow Medicare Advantage offerings in Louisville, KY. You will generate leads, conduct presentations, and build relationships with nursing home staff and families to meet monthly enrollment targets.

Top performers can earn over $160,000 annually with comprehensive benefits. Travel within the territory to nursing facilities is required 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Must have Health Insurance Producer License (Medicare) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; Medicare sales experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to travel 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through referrals, community outreach, and relationship-building.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential members, their families, or responsible parties.
• Achieve monthly enrollment goals by consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Educate nursing home staff and families about Longevity Health's benefits and programs.
