Job summary

Centene Corporation in Florida is seeking a field-based Enrollment Specialist to expand access to Advantage Medicare products. You will identify eligible individuals, conduct home visits, and educate communities at hospitals, senior centers and events to facilitate enrollment.

The role requires 1+ years in marketing, sales or community relations, bilingual Spanish preferred, and a Florida driver’s license; the pay range is $48,300 to $82,400 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including previous managed care experience, preferably in Medicare required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License Upon Hire required.
• Current driver's license Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for the Advantage Medicare product.
• Develop a presence in the local community to help generate enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollment.
• Market Advantage on-site at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events and other sites.
• Assist members in accessing health care, transportation needs and other services pertinent to members.
• Keep informed of marketing activity guidelines and provide enrollees with all materials and documentation.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and events.
• Complete applications accurately and timely.
