Job summary

Prominence Health is seeking a Community Relations Representative in McAllen, TX to boost local awareness of Prominence Medicare Advantage. You will generate leads and sales through grassroots events and coordinate CMS-approved campaigns.

Work with a team to plan events and host community activities to support member growth and retention in South Texas. Bilingual skills and CMS marketing knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience coordinating community events.
• Knowledge of CMS Marketing rules and Medicare products.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate local community brand awareness for Prominence Medicare Advantage.
• Develop and implement CMS-approved marketing strategies for events.
• Drive leads and sales through grassroots activities and partnerships.
