Job summary

Prominence Health is seeking a Community Relations Representative to act as the face of Prominence Medicare Advantage in Amarillo, TX. You will drive local brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales through grassroots initiatives.

You will develop CMS-approved event marketing strategies and help coordinate member growth and retention in the service area, collaborating with a team dedicated to the Amarillo community.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with Medicare/Medicaid recipients, and/or coordinating community events.
• Knowledge of CMS Marketing rules, healthcare, Medicare products, and client management.
• Texas Health Producer license required (within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish-English)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Creative, innovative, and interpersonal skills
• Self-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, energetic

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Prominence Medicare Advantage in the market, building trust and brand awareness.
• Drive leads and sales through grassroots community efforts.
• Develop, plan, and implement CMS-approved marketing strategies for events and activities.
• Coordinate and host member growth and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with a team to engage the Amarillo community.
