Job summary

Prominence Health Plan in Amarillo seeks a Community Relations Representative to raise local awareness of Prominence Medicare Advantage. You will generate leads and sales through grassroots events, plan CMS-approved marketing activities, and coordinate community programs to grow member enrollment in the service area.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with Medicare/Medicaid recipients or coordinating community events.
• Knowledge of CMS Marketing rules, Medicare products, and client management.
• Health Producer’s license issued by the State of Texas (must have a valid license within 90 days).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• Ability to apply state and federal insurance laws and Prominence processes to daily operations.
• English communication skills; bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CMS-approved marketing strategies for events and community activities to drive sales opportunities.
• Generate local community brand awareness and leads for Prominence Medicare Advantage through grassroots outreach.
• Coordinate and host member growth and retention initiatives with a collaborative team.
