Job summary

Prominence Medicare Advantage in South Texas is seeking a Community Relations Representative to boost local brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales through grassroots events and community activities.

You will plan and execute CMS-approved marketing strategies, coordinate events, and support member growth and retention, working with a collaborative team dedicated to improving access to care in the region.

Qualifications

• Healthcare knowledge including CMS Marketing rules
• License: Health Producer's license (TX) issued by the State of Texas
• Driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
• Experience coordinating/executing community events or Medicare-related outreach
• Bilingual Spanish-English a plus
• Strong communication in English, written and verbal
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Generate local community brand awareness for Prominence Medicare Advantage.
• Drive leads and sales through grassroots events and activities.
• Plan, implement CMS-approved marketing strategies for events and community outreach to support member growth and retention.
