Job summary

Osborne Insurance Services seeks a licensed Insurance Agent to manage an existing ACA/Medicare book, answering questions, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will renew, enroll, and expand revenue while leveraging GydeOS tools to stay organized.

You’ll handle consultations by phone or in person, explain plan options clearly, and coordinate with the agency owner on renewal cycles and escalations. A hybrid work setup is available with ongoing credential maintenance.

Qualifications

• Active life & health license in NC is required.
• Experience selling Medicare and ACA or servicing clients is essential.
• Strong phone presence and ability to work with inbound/outbound leads.
• Demonstrated sales mindset and customer problem solving.
• Ability to work independently within a defined process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing ACA/Medicare book of business.
• Handle inbound leads and convert to enrolled clients.
• Conduct consultations by phone and in person; explain plan options clearly.
• Support clients through AEP and OEP and handle renewals.
• Document interactions and coordinate lead distribution and renewals.
