Job summary

Insight Global is assisting in recruiting ACA Sales Agents to join a client team in the United States. You will sell ACA products and educate customers about Medicare enrollment, all primarily via phone or online interactions.

A strong customer focus and ability to learn quickly are essential. The role offers base pay of $21.33 per hour plus commissions, with full benefits including medical, dental and vision, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, and a 401k plan with employer matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sales experience (ACA or Medicare sales experience preferred).
• Must hold an active Health insurance License (multi-state license preferred).
• Own a laptop or desktop with high-speed internet connection.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation and confidence; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell ACA products and programs to potential and existing customers over the phone or online.
• Educate and assist customers with Medicare enrollment and eligibility; provide customer service and support.
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources; update CRM records.
