Job summary

Sharps Medical Waste Services is seeking a Route Service Technician (Box Truck Driver) to service assigned accounts and deliver outstanding customer service. You will operate a 26 ft straight truck, comply with DOT/state regulations, and follow safety policies in a growing essential industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of customer service experience; route management experience preferred.
• Completion of accredited driving school or one+ years of commercial driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport waste safely according to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Plan daily schedules based on customer needs using manifests and route sheets.
• Prepare and load trucks with necessary supplies for daily service.
