Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of customer service experience; route management preferred.

• Ability to read maps and use computers.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport waste safely according to all regulations.
• Plan daily routes based on customer needs and documentation.
• Load trucks with necessary supplies for daily service.
• Ensure waste is properly packaged and ready for transport.
• Provide excellent customer service to accounts and report issues.
• Complete required paperwork including DOT Driver Logs as applicable.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Adapt to changing work environments while maintaining safety.
