Sharps Medical Waste Services in Baltimore seeks a Route Service Technician to operate a 26 ft straight truck, service accounts, and maintain safety and DOT compliance. You will plan routes, load supplies, and ensure proper waste packaging while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2+ years of customer service experience; route experience preferred.
• CDL Class B preferred but not required; MEC certification required.
• Ability to read maps and use basic computer systems.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Pick up and transport waste safely per regulations.
• Plan daily schedules based on customer needs and documentation.
• Prepare and load trucks with supplies for daily service.
• Ensure waste is properly packaged for transport.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and communicate issues.
