Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Determines priority and transport mode for requests.
• Communicates with Flight Team and leadership to coordinate transport.
• Maintains CAD entries for requests, declines, cancels and out-of-service activities.
• Monitors locations and statuses of vehicles, aircraft and personnel.
