Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• State certified EMT, EMT-P, or EMD certification with 1-2 years EMS and/or dispatch experience.
• Typing 40 - 50 wpm preferred

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for requests to transfer and transport patients.
• Coordinate and monitor transport by ground ambulance, helicopter and fixed wing aircraft.
• Accurately document all related written and computerized information in a dynamic, fast paced, high volume, high-stress environment.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.

Education

High School Diploma

State certified EMT, EMT-P, or EMD certification with 1-2 years EMS and/or dispatch experience
