Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
• Oklahoma licensure upon date of hire.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Unrestricted state driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ground critical care transport resources based on clinical needs and priorities.
• Serve as the primary liaison among hospital departments, EMS dispatch, transport crews, and referring/receiving facilities.
• Monitor transport requests from start to finish and provide status updates.
• Ensure complete documentation, physician certifications, clinical reports, and transport records before departure.
• Collaborate with care teams to facilitate safe transitions of care and throughput initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and hospital staff.
