Job summary

Management & Training Corporation in Morganfield, KY is seeking staff to provide career technical training instruction at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center.

You will deliver training per approved curricula and guide students to achieve their goals in a government-led program. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant professional certifications (CMA/EKG/Phlebotomy) and at least 3 years of related experience, plus a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified medical assistant, EKG technician and/or phlebotomy technician from a professional organization.
• Three (3) years of related work experience.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide career technical training instruction per approved curricula.
• Provide students with training and basic guidance to help students achieve their technical training goals with government and management directives.
• Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
• Review and audit all assigned areas for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students; prepare related reports.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.
• Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS and other systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certified medical assistant, EKG technician and/or phlebotomy technician

Three years of related work experience

Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
