Responsibilities

• Teach SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and related welding processes.
• Provide direction, instruction, and guidance to students.
• Motivate and counsel students on behavior, training, and study habits.
• Coordinate with counselors to support student progress.
• Develop and prepare lessons per approved curriculum guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment.
• Participate in student assessments and documentation using CIS.
