Qualifications

• Substitute teaching certification/license required by state of employment.
• Two (2) years of work-related experience in the designated career training area.
• Willing to obtain OSHA 10 credential within the first 90 days, if needed.
• A valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
• Coordinate with counselors and staff to resolve issues affecting student training or instruction.
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines and recommend curriculum changes and supplemental materials.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.
