Job summary

You will supervise staff, develop policies on student conduct, review compliance, and document reports. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are required. Evening/weekend on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision for student personnel and establish rules.
• Develop and implement policies affecting student discipline and coordinate with other departments.
• Review areas for contractual compliance and prepare related reports.
• Administer disciplinary action for students who violate rules; counsel as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor review board and peer court functions.
• Maintain documentation of records and reports on activities.
