Patient First Maryland Medical Group, P.L.L.C. seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician to support specimen collection, processing, and test analyses in our clinical lab. You will follow QC policies, document calibrations, and maintain records with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

A minimum of 60 college hours with chemistry and biology or an associate degree is required; ASCP certification is preferred. Excellent communication and clerical experience are valued for collaborative teamwork.

Formación

• Keyboarding experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One year of clerical experience preferred.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum 60 semester hours from regionally accredited college including chemistry/biology.

Responsabilidades

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen collection, handling, processing, and test analyses; maintain records.
• Follow quality control policies and document calibrations and maintenance.
• Identify indicators affecting test performance and notify supervisor as needed.
• Order, receive, and distribute laboratory stock; manage checklists.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in teamwork and positive atmosphere.
