Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field; preferred.
• Certifications required at hire (MT/MLS/MB as applicable).
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical laboratory testing per protocol under supervision.
• Maintains instruments and participates in QA/ proficiency testing.
• Documents QA investigations and interprets results.
• Reports data accurately within turnaround time targets.
• Complies with safety standards and Wellstar policies.
