The position emphasizes instrument maintenance, data interpretation, and timely reporting. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience and hold appropriate MT/MLS certifications, with Epic/3M experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors in Medical Technology, Medical Science, General or Masters in a related field
• All required certifications must be obtained upon hire per policy
• Epic and 3M experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains acceptable accuracy in patient, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.
• Reports lab data accurately and within established turnaround times and productivity standards.
• Performs QA activities and monitors instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Documents QA failures or trends and actions taken.
• Complies with lab procedures and chain of command.
