Responsibilities

• Maintains acceptable accuracy in patient, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.
• Meets department standards for patient/specimen identification and test reporting.
• Documents QA investigations and proficiency/test results; supports QA initiatives.
• Maintains instrumentation and uses clinical knowledge to analyze and report data.
• Complies with Wellstar policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
