• Performs moderate and high complexity laboratory tests with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Adheres to quality control procedures and corrective actions as needed.
• Conducts instrument function checks and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoots instrument malfunctions and notifies appropriate personnel.
• Ensures safety regulations and PPE usage are followed.
• Communicates results and issues clearly with healthcare staff.
• Assists with proficiency testing and regulatory compliance data.
