Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field is required.
• Proficiency with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
• Licenses: ASCP/AMT/AAB certification variants are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity lab tests accurately with timely results.
• Adhere to quality control procedures and documentation.
• Conduct instrument checks and preventive maintenance per policy.
• Troubleshoot instrument issues and involve appropriate personnel.
• Ensure safety compliance and use of PPE per plan.
• Assist with data collection for regulatory compliance and proficiency testing.
• Perform phlebotomy duties as needed to support patient care.
• Collaborate with team to complete shift duties and responsibilities.
