Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Must pass Clinical Laboratory Technology Proficiency exam (HEW) per requirements.
• 0–2 years acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and high complexity tests accurately and efficiently with timely reporting.
• Adheres to quality control procedures and investigates out-of-range results.
• Performs instrument checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
• Ensures safety procedures and PPE usage per policy.
• Maintains accurate records and uses LIS to document results.
• Communicates results and issues with team and supervisors.
• May perform phlebotomy and assist in data collection for regulatory needs.
