• BLS certification from AHA may be required or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Additional credentials may be recognized for Blood Bank, Molecular and Microbiology departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform, interpret, check accuracy and report results on routine and complex laboratory procedures.
• Evaluate new instruments and/or methods, assuring correct reagent preparation and quality control information.
• Lead troubleshooting and monitor instrument maintenance in the section.
