Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team and perform testing per standard protocols. The MT will collect, process, and analyze specimens and ensure quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field.
• Certification: ASCP, NCA, HEW, or military certification is required.
• New hires must attain certification within 12 months of hire.
• Proficiency with PC, telephone, fax, printer, EMR and laboratory instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and perform laboratory testing per protocols.
• Serve as key operator and trainer for instrumentation in the assigned discipline.
• Serve as charge person as assigned.
