• Associates degree in clinical lab science (MLT) or a Bachelor’s degree in sciences.
• ASCP certification preferred for qualification where required.
• Experience with high complexity testing is preferred per CLIA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follows established protocols to perform a wide range of tests in the assigned area.
• Interprets results in conjunction with patient history and clinical information.
• Ensures results meet quality control requirements and maintains accurate records.
• Performs routine troubleshooting and maintenance for laboratory equipment.
