Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory tests to provide data for diagnosis and treatment.
• Tests across blood bank, microbiology, chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, serology.
• Ensures work lists are completed in a timely fashion.
• Verifies results are appropriate for all age groups before posting.
• Performs analyzer maintenance and quality checks.
• Maintains supplies, reagents, and controls.
• Keeps bench documentation, temperature charts, QC logs, and maintenance records.
