Patient First is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician to perform and coordinate laboratory tests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with quality controls. The role involves specimen handling, reporting, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to support patient care.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma with preferred two years of clinical lab experience and a commitment to safety and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of clinical laboratory testing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality and rapid lab results with knowledge of laboratory analyses and safety procedures.
• Follow procedures for specimen collection, handling, processing, test analyses, reporting and record-keeping.
• Adhere to quality control policies and document calibrations and maintenance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments; troubleshoot issues and notify supervisor as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of lab and treatment areas; assist with patient care and vitals when required.
