Allina Health, Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Registered Nurse for a part-time Medical-Surgical role on a permanent night shift. The position features a 12-hour shift pattern with a 30-hour work week and every third weekend rotation, under the MNA-01 contract.

The RN will provide comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate care plans, and mentor team members while maintaining clinical proficiency in a fast-paced hospital unit.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license required for MN or WI upon hire.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or equivalent preferred; in-house training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plan care.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practice.
• Lead and collaborate with other disciplines; fulfill organization requirements.
