Job summary

Allina Health’s United Hospital – Hastings Regina Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical care. The role is a 0.6 FTE with a 12-hour night shift and every 3rd weekend rotation, based in Hastings, MN.

RNs will provide comprehensive patient assessment, plan of care, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has an Associate's or Vocational nursing degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with active MN or WI RN licensure

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required if working in MN; WI requirement if working in WI.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross or Allina in-house training within 30 days.
• CMSRN certification preferred.

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and planning of care.
• Supervise progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate to ensure safe, effective patient care.
