Responsibilities

• Engages in councils and governance to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate care.
• Monitors patients, adjusts plans, coordinates with care team.
• Administers medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and follows safety practices.
• Float as needed to meet patient care needs.
