Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and assist with ADLs while promoting dignity and safety.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and report significant changes promptly.
• Assist with treatments, dressing changes, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and physician exams per policies.
• Provide one-to-one observation as needed and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team with clear communication.
