Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care to diverse age groups.
• Monitor vital signs and record measurements and results.
• Assist with treatments and procedures per policy; support RN and physicians.
• Assist with elimination needs and specimen collection with proper labeling.
• Perform Point of Care testing as directed.
• Assist with delivery of ancillary services and care plans.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and patients.
• Initiate emergency procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with team members and non-clinical tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate competency in career ladder requirements and one-to-one patient observation.
