Qualifications

• PCT training or CNA training preferred.
• One year of patient care experience or at least one year as a level II PCT at Baystate Health.
• Three or more years of patient care experience in an acute or specialty care setting for Level IV.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate care to patients.
• Monitors physiological parameters and records routine vital signs.
• Administers treatments and procedures per BMC policy.

Skills

Proficient in reading and writing in English

Education

High School diploma or GED; at least one year of patient care experience; BLS CPR required
