Mercy Hospital St. Louis is accepting applications for Fall 2026 to complete your senior nursing practicum in the Medical-Surgical Service Line.

You can earn a $2,000 stipend as you learn from experienced Mercy nurses and care for a diverse patient population across multiple specialties. Eligible students must be in the final semester of an accredited RN or LPN program, complete the practicum within Mercy’s Medical-Surgical unit, and commit to a six-month employment agreement after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in the final semester of an RN or LPN nursing program (December 2026 Grad).
• Complete senior practicum within Mercy Hospital St. Louis Medical-Surgical Service Line.
• Commit to a minimum six-month employment agreement following graduation.

Responsibilities

• Complete your senior practicum with Mercy Hospital St. Louis while earning a $2,000 stipend.
• Learn from experienced Mercy nurses and gain hands-on clinical experience in Medical-Surgical settings.
• Build relationships with nurse managers and leaders before graduation.
