Mercy Hospital St. Louis invites final-semester RN/LPN students to complete their senior practicum in the Medical-Surgical Service Line while earning a $2,000 stipend. You will learn from experienced Mercy nurses, care for diverse patients, and strengthen clinical judgment and time-management skills in a structured practicum.

Qualifications

Be enrolled in the final semester of an accredited RN or LPN nursing program (December 2026 Grad).
Complete their senior practicum within Mercy Hospital St. Louis Medical-Surgical Service Line.
Accept a bedside nursing position with Mercy upon graduation.
Commit to a minimum six-month employment agreement following graduation.

Responsibilities

Complete senior practicum while earning a $2,000 stipend through the Earn As You Learn program.
Collaborate with Mercy nurses to develop assessment, clinical judgment, and time-management skills.
Care for a diverse patient population across Medical-Surgical specialties.
Build relationships with nurse managers and leaders during practicum.
