Mercy Hospital St. Louis invites nursing students in their final semester (RN or LPN) to join the Earn As You Learn (EAYL) program for their senior practicum.

Participants will earn a $2,000 stipend and gain hands-on experience on Mercy’s Medical-Surgical Service Line. You will train under experienced Mercy nurses, caring for a diverse patient population while strengthening your assessment, clinical judgment, and time-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Be enrolled in the final semester of an accredited RN or LPN nursing program (December 2026 Grad).
• Complete their senior practicum within Mercy Hospital St. Louis Medical-Surgical Service Line.
• Accept a bedside nursing position with Mercy upon graduation.

• Collaborate with Mercy nurses to deliver patient care and develop clinical skills.
