Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, is a licensed RN, and brings strong communication and professional mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Preferred: nursing education experience and teaching roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Deliver clinical instruction at long-term care and acute sites.
• Create a supportive learning environment and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare progress and grade reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
