Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction to LPN/PN and RN students. The role includes classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical teaching across multiple settings.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN (or higher) and an active RN license, with at least three years of nursing practice. Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration are essential to foster student success.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state required.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional Registered Nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Deliver clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a positive learning environment and assess student performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of attendance, progress, and grades.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to support student success.
