Jersey College seeks experienced Nursing Instructors to provide high-quality instruction and clinical education for LPN/PN and RN students. Instructors may deliver classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical experiences to support student success.

The ideal candidate is an RN with an MSN or higher, strong communication skills, and a commitment to nursing education. Collaboration with faculty and clinical partners is essential.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses being taught.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters students' academic growth and professional development.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence based on program philosophy, objectives, policies, and established standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance records and progress reports.
