Qualifications

• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical guidance.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance; act as Pandemic Coordinator if authorized.
