Job summary

Concentra, Inc. seeks a Medical Assistant in Eagan, MN to join a fast-paced patient care team. You will perform routine medical procedures under clinician supervision and support in front/back office duties while delivering an excellent patient experience.

The role requires medical assistant training with externship preferred or hands-on patient care experience, and strong accuracy in documentation, testing, and medication handling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with externship preferred.
• At least one year of direct patient care experience as a medical assistant or military medical experience.
• Must meet state requirements and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Take vital signs and prepare patients for examinations with required tests.
• Assist providers during examination and treatment.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, authorization, wait times.
• Maintain supplies and clean/prepare exam rooms and equipment.
