Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent direct patient care experience.
• Experience with drug testing, vaccinations, phlebotomy or related clinical tasks is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and occupational medicine basics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing as required.
• Prepare patients for physical exams, take vital signs, and assist with procedures.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and treatment.
• Handle front office duties: check in/out, verify authorizations, answer calls.
• Maintain clean exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure accurate documentation.
