Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies at both facilities.
• Ensure supply rooms are fully stocked, organized, and maintained.
• Conduct weekly rounds of sick call rooms and replenish medical supplies as needed.
• Maintain biohazard storage areas, including packaging biohazard waste, transporting full boxes to disposal bins, and preparing materials for pickups.
• Coordinate vendor pickups and deliveries, including shredding services, water deliveries, pharmacy medication deliveries, and other service providers.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitor supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming supplies and equipment throughout the facilities.
• Ensure medical areas, clinical exam rooms, and bathrooms are stocked with soap, towels, and other supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked storage and supply areas.
